Active since 1967, the purpose of the Association has evolved over the years to now provide for the upkeep and maintenance of association owned property which includes the gated cove area, picnic shelter, dock and swim platform, boat loading ramp, and parking areas. Road maintenance is now the responsibility of Camden County.

13-15 Lots - $130.00
Short-term rental properties:
$300 per unit if renters are granted access to the cove area for use of the boat ramp, boat/trailer parking, dock, beach or picnic area.
